North Dakota and South Dakota legislatures both see Joe Biden and the kooks in Washington writing executive orders mandating land use, energy production, ag practices, gun rights, and even financial practices. All of them under the guise of fulfilling their promised offerings to the gods of climate insanity and “social justice”.
Both Nodak and Sodak legislatures have introduced bills for committees to review Biden executive orders for constitutionality and report back to the legislature so they can nullify those executive orders that should have been passed by the US Congress or not at all. A practice envisioned and approved to rectify federal overrech on state jurisdiction, written by Alexander Hamilton in Federalist 33 when he was explaining and supporting ratification of the US Constitution.

Wisconsin has a real Republican Party and they displayed it today by revoking the illegal indoor mask mandate of Governor Evers. Of course being the second most smug dictator in the Midwest (after the flannel idiot) he reinstated it almost immediately. Just across the river the Republican party in Wisconsin is acting for the voters that sent them to their capitol.
So how are the Minnesota Republicans doing? Governor Walz has repeatedly compared, using words like “racist” “white supremacy” and “insurrectionist”, a peaceful non-violent rally at the St Paul Capitol Building that ended in a prayer for our state and the law enforcement present, with the DC riots of the same day. THE REPUBLICAN POLITICIANS PRESENT HAVE BEEN LEFT BY LEADERSHIP HANGING IN THE WIND TO DEFEND THEMSELVES. Our state senate led by the ever squishy Paul Gazelka and Karin Housley protect Jan Malcolm, even after revealing themselves she has neglected and even infected our seniors during this long COVID apocalypse in our senior care facilities.
Rocks and Cows long for the day when the Republican leadership in Minnesota realizes…………..they are Republican and were elected to office by………..Republicans. This is why we are Rocks and Cows and not defined by party Republicans. They fight for crud like tax line item carve outs, better rules for insurance companies, bonding money for Mpls lightrail trains, and more green subsidies that benefit their friends and donors. We fight for the guy in the field driving 8 tons of green metal, the 49’er or union welder bringing energy to your door, our parents and grandparents in the nursing home, the guy at the bottom of a mine pit, the ladies and gents working small town manufacturing, the gang processing animals to feed America, the strong backs stacking paper rolls or gypsum board at a mill, and the Sheriff on patrol. Our Minnesota team seems to have forgotten who they represent and why they were sent to St Paul.
