Jane Moss of Boardwalk Bar and Grill in East Grand Forks can see the lights of fully open businesses across the river in Grand Forks North Dakota from the front walk. Her business was suffering and her employees were out of work and the COVID unemployment bump has long expired. So she opened up (video link) her business in defiance of the most recent shutdown orders from Tubby Timmy. The house is packed.
Jane was visited by the local Police Chief who gave her notice of the Governor’s executive order, but has chosen not to participate as enforcement for AG Keith Ellison and Dictator Walz’s illegal shutdowns. Aftrer several days of regional and even national press Jane opened on Wednesday December 9th, but on Friday December 11th AG Ellison filed an injunction to stop her and tell her to close down.
JANE HAS DECIDED TO TELL ELLISON TO POUND SAND AND IS OPEN TONIGHT ANYWAYS. (video link) Jane’s court hearing has been reported as this coming Wednesday. AG Ellison is attacking the single women opening their businesses in defiance hoping to scare other business from copying Jane. Instead the outrage at Dictator Walz’s overreach is building and more ppl are announcing publicly they will open and defy.
The East Grand Forks Police have decided not to play goons for Ellison, but where is Jane’s Republican state representative? Does Rep. Deb Kiel back Jane and Boardwalk Grill?
