WALZ ATTACKS GUN BIZ, FILES ON WOMEN BIZ OWNERS TO INSTILL FEAR IN REOPEN, SHUTDOWN EXTENSION ALREADY WRITTEN

EVERY STORY HAS A BAD GUY, MEET SHERIFF LITMAN

  Friday November 27^th St Louis County Sheriff Ross Litman sent 3 deputies on orders from his master in St Paul, Keith Ellison, to Dead On Arms (gun retailer, training, and indoor range) in rural Hermantown to give an executive order warning to owners, Chad Walsh and Laura Walsh, that their indoor gun range is in violation of Dictator Walz’s shutdown order for INDOOR SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT businesses. The 3 deputies passed along the threat to Laura Walsh who was present to take the paper they had. She asked what was in it and they told her, “You will have to read what’s in it yourself”, and threw thru a paper copy of Dictator Walz’s recent executive orders at her on their way out. Note to Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan – The sensitivity and gender respect training in the St Louis County Sheriff’s Dept hasn’t taken hold yet.

  For those people not familiar with Chad Walsh, he is a US Army vet trained by Uncle Sam to be a police investigator, a Moose Lake Police Officer, and an ATF Class 3 firearms dealer cleared by the government to make or sell any legal firearm in the country. Chad knows his rights, and Chad knows THAT MINNESOTA ALREADY HAS A LAW ON THE BOOKS THAT SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITS THE GOVERNOR FROM RESTRICTING ALL LEGAL FIREARMS BUSINESS AND FIREARMS USE DURING A DECLARED EMERGENCY. Firearms businesses cannot by Minnesota state law be demanded to adhere to any restrictions tighter than those allowed to any other commercial business anywhere in the state. THE GOVERNOR IS PROHIBITED FROM RESTRICTING FIREARMS BUSINESSES TIGHTER THAN ANY OTHER BUSINESS. Unless the Governor is going to close nursing homes and grocery stores he is pretty much screwed and Chad can keep running his business. These laws were passed in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina to stop law enforcement and governors across the country from repeating the illegal restrictions of firearms use, purchase, access, and possession by police during that catastrophe. Minnesota is one of dozens of states that have these laws on the books. Even Gov Gretchen Heydrich in Michigan hasn’t shut indoor ranges in Michigan, because she can’t. SHERIFF ROSS LITMAN KNOWS THIS TOO AND STILL FAILED HIS OATH OF OFFICE TO UPHOLD THE LAW, AND SENT LACKEYS TO THREATEN CHAD AND LAURA WALSH ANYWAYS!

Friday December 4^th Ellison’s office calls in another threat to shut down and Chad tells them to go pound sand because he has rights and ranges aren’t listed in the executive order, but they want an official response by Monday the 7th. His lawyer calls and sets up a meeting December 9th with the St Louis County Attorney, MNHealth, OSHA, and a sideckick from AG Ellison’s office, NOAH LEWELLEN. Chad explains to MNHealth and OSHA that there is no science to attach COVID infections to ranges and that GUN RANGES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE NEGATIVE AIR PRESSURE ON THE FIRING LINE by code anyways. Again Chad asserts to the Keith Ellison mini-me, NOAH LEWELLEN, that Minnesota Governor Walz cannot restrict firearms businesses under state statute and GUN RANGES ARENT EVEN LISTED IN THE EXECUTIVE ORDER. NOAH LEWELLEN TELLS CHAD AND HIS LAWYER (as Chad can best recall) THAT WALZ “INTENDED TO INCLUDE INDOOR GUN RANGES” AND CHAD SHOULD ROLL OVER AND COMPLY BECAUSE “HIS OFFICE IS ALREADY DRAFTING THE NEW EXECUTIVE ORDERS EXTENDING THE SHUTDOWN AND GUN RANGES WILL BE SPECIFICALLY INCLUDED” Chad was given until today, Friday December 11^th to cave and roll over by the extortionists in Ellison’s office.

WALZ IS LYING. HE’S NOT WAITING TO SEE ANY FACTS. THE SHUTDOWNS WILL BE EXTENDED. THE ORDERS ARE ALREADY WRITTEN.

Is anybody surprised Dictator Walz is lying his a$$ off? Chad knows his rights, the MN and US Constitution, and the law, and will not be shutting down his indoor range. It could be argued Chad Walsh had his Constitutional Rights violated. Sheriff Ross Litman knows he is acting unconstitutionally and he has lost his qualified immunity. I think Chad should take the Sheriff’s pension in a lump sum distribution, if legal fees leave anything. Hopefully, Ellison will have to find him a security gig for his golden years.

WALZ IS TRYING TO STOP THE REBELLION BEFORE HE EXTENDS THE SHUTDOWNS UNTIL JANUARY, SO REOPEN COMPLIES. ELLISON FILED INJUNCTIONS AND THREATENED FINES ON WOMEN SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS IN A FRIDAY NIGHT SWEEP OF COVID TYRANNY.

Larvita McFarquhar in Lynd MN was served an injunction from Ellison tonight at Haven’s Garden. AG Keith Ellison is scared to file in the Minnesota 5^th District Court of Chief Judge Michelle Dietrich whom Ellison suspects can read the MN Constitution and actually values her oath to defend it. To avoid the 5^th District Ellison filed Larvita’s civil case in Ramsey County District Court so he can hand pick a DFL hack judge to try and shaft Larvita without the pesky constrains of the MN Constitution in the way. Does the 5^th District have an opinion on Ellison swooping in and taking their citizens away to the Twin Cities to be railroaded? Can they do anything? I do not know. I do know that LARVITA WILL STILL NOT SHUTDOWN!

Ellison wasn’t done with only Larvita, as it appears Polk County works for Keith Ellison too and Ellison filed an injunction against Jane Moss of Boardwalk Bar and Grill in East Grand Forks on Friday night.
