“It was once said that the moral test of Government is how that Government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; and those who are in the shadows of life, the sick, the needy and the handicapped.”

Today, the liberals stand with the Marxist, leave the elderly to die alone in uninspected nursing homes, are for full term abortions, in-act health systems and polices that are crippling to business owners and farmers, and push policies and programs designed to keep the needy, in need.

The quote is from Hubert Humphrey’s last speech before the US House of Representatives on Oct 23, 1977.  If you truly think the he would be behind what the party he helped to create, The Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party ( DFL ) has become, you really just don’t know the man and what he stood for.
